That's why Spring Hill has competitive tuition rates in the Alexandria, VA area with affordable options, including a full-time and part-time programs, to allow all families to find an option that works for you and your family!

One of the following discounts can be applied towards the weekly tuition:

• 5% — Military Discount

  Eligible if either parent is active or retired military or local law enforcement (federal branches excluded from this discount). Will be applied for each children.

• 5% — Teacher Discount

  Eligible if either parent is a current teacher in Fairfax County Public Schools. Will be applied for each children.

• Sibling Discount

  The eldest child receives 10% discount, and all other children receives 5% discount each (except for the youngest, which is paid at full-tuition).

Thank you for your interest in Spring Hill Academy! We are happy to provide you and your family with a quality child care service that promotes life-long learning in a happy, safe, and secure environment.

Please complete an Enrollment Form and either drop it off at the center or email it to admin@iamspringhill.com with the respective Registration Fee. Please note that dependent on availability, families may be asked to join a waitlist which moves on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you are looking to tour the center, please schedule a tour with a Spring Hill team member!

Any family with a child currently enrolled in Spring Hill Academy who refers a new family to our center (and enrolls with Spring Hill Academy for at least 30 days) will receive $50 off one week’s tuition and the enrolling family will receive $50 off the registration fee.

Fees can be paid through the following methods:

• Checking/Savings account

• Credit Card (with 2.5% processing fee)

• Check (paid to the order of Spring Hill Academy)

Tuition fees are typically paid weekly and auto-debited.

Spring Hill requires written confirmation (may be received via email, written letter, or fax) 2 weeks prior to the child’s last day at the center. Parents are responsible for all residual payments, balances, or fees associated with the account at the time of termination of enrollment. If all accounts are in good-standing, your security deposit placed at the time of registration will be applied to your last two weeks’ tuition. Any excess funds available on the parent’s account will be reimbursed to the parent via check.

Unfortunately, Spring Hill Academy does not reimburse or adjust tuition rates for vacations, absences due to sickness/illness, inclement weather, or other absences from the center. In order to reserve your child’s spot in the classroom, parents would need to have continuous, uninterrupted tuition payments.
